What We Collect and Why

Our guiding principle is to collect only what’s necessary to deliver our services effectively and securely.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for AIM Creatives’ services or join our client portal, we may collect identifying details such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
We use this information to:

  • Set up and personalize your account
  • Send important updates about projects or billing
  • Share service improvements or promotional offers (with your consent)

We may also request optional information like profile photos or social media handles for team and campaign collaboration.
We will never sell your personal information or use your name or brand in marketing materials without your permission.

Billing Information

If you sign up for paid AIM Creatives services, we collect your billing address and payment details.

  • All credit card transactions are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and never stored on AIM Creatives servers.
  • We retain limited transaction records (like the last 4 digits of your card) to manage invoices, account history, and support.
  • Your billing information also helps us calculate taxes and detect fraudulent activity.

Client Data and Project Files

We store the content and materials you upload to your AIM Creatives account or share with us during project collaboration (e.g., campaign data, creative briefs, video assets).
This allows us to:

  • Execute campaigns effectively
  • Deliver files and assets
  • Maintain account continuity

We retain this data only while your account or contract is active. If you cancel services, your data will be deleted within 60 days.

Geolocation and Security Logs

For security and fraud prevention, we log IP addresses associated with account access and activity.
This helps us identify suspicious behavior, protect accounts, and prevent spam or unauthorized access.

Website and Analytics

When you visit our website or client dashboard, we collect information such as:

  • Browser type, operating system, and device data
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring website or campaign

This data is used only for analytics and website improvement purposes.
We may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and run A/B tests, but these can be disabled in your browser settings.

Anti-Bot and Security Protection

To protect our systems, AIM Creatives uses CAPTCHA and automated protection tools that evaluate data such as IP address, time on page, and cursor movement.
This helps prevent spam, credential theft, and brute-force attacks.
AIM Creatives only receives a pass/fail result — we do not have access to the evaluated information.

Client and Partner Communication

When you contact AIM Creatives (e.g., via email, chat, or form submission), we keep that correspondence so we can assist you in the future.
We may also keep voluntary responses from surveys or testimonials.
If we record interviews or calls (e.g., for client onboarding or case studies), it will only be done with your express consent.

When We Access or Share Your Information

We only access or share your information in the following situations:

  1. To Deliver Services:
We use trusted third-party subprocessors (e.g., payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools) necessary to operate our services.
  2. At Your Direction:
If you connect AIM Creatives with a third-party service (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Zapier), your data may be shared between those platforms.
  3. Technical Support or Error Resolution:
In rare cases, we may access your account with your permission to resolve a technical issue.
  4. Legal Requirements:
AIM Creatives LLC is a U.S.-based company. We only respond to government or law enforcement data requests when legally compelled by a valid warrant, subpoena, or court order.
Whenever possible, we will notify affected users unless prohibited by law.
  5. Business Transfers:
If AIM Creatives is ever acquired or merged with another company, we’ll notify you before any changes are made regarding your data or this policy.

Your Rights

We extend strong data protection rights to all users, regardless of location. These include:

  • Right to Know – You can request what data we collect, how it’s used, and whether it’s shared.
  • Right of Access – You can access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction – You can request corrections to inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Right to Erasure (“To Be Forgotten”) – You can request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual limitations.
  • Right to Restrict Processing – You can limit how your data is used.
  • Right to Object – You can object to certain data uses, such as marketing communications.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination – Exercising privacy rights will never affect your service quality or pricing.

International Users

Our systems and servers are operated in the United States.
By using AIM Creatives’ website or services, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your home country.

SMS and Communication Consent

We may send SMS or email updates regarding your projects, campaigns, or billing.
No mobile information will ever be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Information shared with subcontractors is strictly for service delivery only (e.g., scheduling, project updates).
All other use cases exclude text message opt-in data and consent — this information is never sold or shared.
